Congratulations Karleigh Langley on becoming a MS State Champion through the Carolina Invitational. Karleigh went 4-0 with 3 pins and 1 major decision in the 100 pound weight class.

Come out and cheer on the BMS Warrior Basketball Teams on Monday! It is our last home game. We will celebrate our 8th graders and our teachers during this game!

BMS partnered with NAMI SC, Hayden Hurst Foundation, Hilinski's Hope, and Same Here Global to increase mental health awareness, stop the stigma and Go Lime Green for a Mental Health Awareness event at the basketball game on Thursday, January 18th.
Mrs. King received a certificate on behalf of BMS for being selected as a Go Lime Green: Mental Health Matters school. Way to go Warriors!

We will partner with NAMI South Carolina, Hayden Hurst Foundation, Hilinski's Hope, and Same Here Global to increase mental health awareness, stop the stigma, and Go Lime Green during the boys and girls basketball games this Thursday.
All are encouraged to attend and wear lime green. During the month of January our students had a guidance lesson on, "We All Have Mental Health" sharing why mental health is important to promote. NAMI will have a table set up at the games tomorrow along with giveaways. The 6th grade traveled to Roper Mountain Science Center to learn about Weather, Climate, and the Solar System!











BHP Bear Shuffle Career Expo. Local industries shared career opportunities along with interview questions. Students were encouraged to think about how to answer the question in an interview. Great exposure for students on what to expect in the future!
